I bought a new kenmore elite washer and dryer, matched set, about $1850.00. They delivered it on Thursday, June 6th. I connected it up because I had new hoses for the washer and like new wiring for the dryer.
On Friday, after about 6-8 loads of clothes, it showed an error code, 'dl' (DL). That's a bad Lid Switch code, I called and they said the earliest they could get someone out to fix it was June 17th!! I called and complained and they didn't care! SEARS SU_KS!! And apparently kenmore is a crappy brand now. I've had either kenmore or Whirlpool most all my life but I will NEVER buy another one!
