We bought a Kenmore Elite Black stainless steel in July of 2016. It stopped cooling in May of this year, 2018, not even two years old! Called Sears and they sent a technician about 2 weeks later to get it diagnosed. Technician said it was the compressor and that we had to pay for labor. Parts were ordered and he came back 11 days later and installed a new compressor. 6 days later, June 21st,2018 it stopped working again!! Called Sears and they will send a technician in 5 days. I just wondered if we will have to keep on waiting again for parts to come in and same thing might happen again. THIS IS INSANE!!!
