I bought my refrigerator Kenmore Elite at sears outlet, they told me that is new, it only has some scratches that is why cost me less money, how ever I bought the insurance that will cover it for 5 years, 5 days after that I start usind it, it started making noise, and didn't make ice, I called them to fix it, the guy came after a week and changed things on it, I thought it was fixed, 10 days after the noise started again, we couldn't sleep for 4 days, trying to save the food for my kids, but, it stop working again, I had all my food damage againg, a day ago the same guy came to fix it, he says that the motor has to be change, I realized that the motor and most of the parts has been changed before, this refrigerator wasn't new, it was used before and probably someone give it back and they sold it againg, what I don't understand is why sears pay a lot of money to fix something that is unfixable and they know that, the only thing they want us to sell the insurance and the bad product, at the end of the day it will give back to them and....are they going to sell it back?, how much money they spend to play like that?, besides the hard time and trouble that I'm having in my house?, they said that they will pay for my food lost, and didn't do it yet, , now I have to wait for a week until they get the new motor, so, how I gonna keep the food for my kids?, after that, I gonna have a nice Kenmore Elite with different brands in the parts inside?, When I ask for help nobody wants to helpme, so, please what should I do, I'm desperate now with not refrigerator and my kids annoying me, I NEED SOLUTION FROM SEARS
