I bought a Kenmore Elite electric double oven in 2014. In June of 2021, the bottom liner of the top over burned a hole entirely through the floor of the unit.
I have attempted to find a new liner, part number 318261433. Sears cannot find a new part and I have not found one after months of searching.
Sears will not help me. Kenmore numbers all revert to Sears.
I purchased this product because of the positive reputation of Kenmore products.
They do not stand behind their product and I have been in a four-month loop of excuses with no oven.
I am at a totally loss.
