Sears' monopoly on Kenmore distribution with awful customer services and compressors available within the next 2months for repair. A brand new Kenmore Elite fridge costing +$2,000 suddenly stop working cause a malfunction of the compressor, which will cost almost $700, one-third of the total cost. I've seen so many similar entries about something that I call "manufacturing defect" which should be somehow compensated or replaced at no cost. Anybody wants to work together and file a lawsuit against Sears and/or Kenmore ? This is obviously a hidden fraud: you buy the refrigerator and within the next 2-3 years you have to spend additional money in pieces and technical service. Sears is the only certified tech support company for Kenmore. Please write me to [email protected] is you have the same problem and want to pursue a lawsuit against Sears/Kenmore. Thanks !
