I have a Kenmore Elite Front-Loading Washer which was purchased from Sears. The problem with this washer is rust inside the machine. I have had problems with washer since it was purchased and I have tried to work with Sears to resolve the problems but it seems no one wants to take the time to investigate the problem. When I check further, there is also corrosion on the dryer. The metal used in the Kenmore Washer must be inferior. We have scheduled several appointments for this problem but no one showed up. I even contact the corporate office, this was the response.

Upon checking your account details i see that there was a service appointment scheduled on 09/13/2017. So one of our qualified
technician would come and fix the issue.

Sears called me on 9/17/2017, they told me to call their contract repair service company to set up another appointment because they count not make the appointment. The contract company told me they could not make an appointment, that Sears would have to make it. When I tried to call Sears back with the phone number they used, it was disconnected.
