After purchasing $3400.00 Kenmore Elite Convertible refrigerator/freezer It lasted less than a year related to compressor. Sears manger replaced Kenmore Elite with another Kenmore Elite. The second Kenmore Elite compressor died 4 more times. I purchased an extended warranty, even though I should not have. The compressors should have lasted longer that 6 months. 5 compressors with my Kenmore purchase. I filed with the class action lawsuit only to hear this morning from Kenmore to contact Robert Zajac, with BBB. I called the number Kenmore provided only to hear this is not a working number.
Why hasn't something been done about the compressor problem with the Compressors, supplied by LG?
I have the refrigerator here, so Kenmore should come pick it up, they could probably find another sucker and sell it to them. It still looks beautiful. Perfect condition, except it can't seem to find a compressor that will work in it.
