On the 27th march our company give us a memo regarding salary cutting due to covid19,and when we ask our manager why is this happen without our agreement or signatures, he say nothing, and they tell as about the company Dont have money, And the claint dont pay Exigent Security, so they decided to cut our money from April 30 untill now, and what we are concern is we are not gonna found our money back as they say to us on a morning meeting is like a contribution to the company, then we went to CCMA to repot the Metter the case not end well, we dont ask much we ask about the essential services or risk allowance money from government to our manager he says to us,I will Arrenge the forms to all of you then will see what happen after since we wait untill we repot this to CCMA, Our supervisor ask one of our head office ladie about the essential services or risk allowance money, He say i am scared of telling you guys, I dont want to loss my job, The ladie he work as administrator at Exigent security group, They cut our money from R5500 to R4200 and is a lot of money we need it, Please we need help about this company, we wish all the best to this complaint,
