Not authorizing non narcotic pain medication, harassment to settle future medical, failure to authorize or deny pain managment procedures , diagnostics,Dr visits, this is a 15 yr old case constantly denying medication refills Cymbalta, failure by case manager and supervisor to return pre auth calls for approval of services 17 documented calls by hospital pre auth dept over a 9 month time frame current,constant distraction, frustration tactics , because of there failure to respond accordingly and reasonable time frame i have chosen to have services rendered billed to WC and when they deny use secondary medicare as allowed for services so CMS will get involved and then a delay tactic of offering a msa settlement prior to including pain managment services and then offering a panel to choose from when i am currently following my ATP referal for pain managment , this is a Tn workers comp case managed thru Sedgwic florida firm as i seek care and services in Virginia
