My mom had a stroke and all of her doctors are consistently sending all clinical notes to Sedgwick. This is the short term disability company associated with Walmart Distribution. They will not update the via one website or move her date further out as they said they would each time they received medical records. They have only paid her 68.00 for 2 weeks worth of pay. They refuse to return my calls or emails and I need to talk to someone that is above the case examiner as she is not doing her job. They are receiving medical information but not paying my mom or approving her dates.

Okay, I'm currently out of work on (WC) due to an on the job work injury. Sedgwick is my employer's insurance company. I will not state any details or my identity due to the ongoing situation. I am hurt very bad to the point where I can't walk without screaming in pain, stoop down, lift anything more than a few pounds, sleep in my bed, play with my children just the worst pain imaginable. I mean I have got 4 hours sleep in the past 5 days due to the pain. When I do sleep and wake up I can't walk at all of feel my leg, crouch area, but all it feels like is the worst pain in the world and partially paralyzed for at least 2 hours after sleeping for an hour or 5 mins in a chair, bed, recliner I have tried all. I can't do anything just so sad of a life. I have a Doctor treating me who specializes in my injurry or field of work. Sedgwick makes months of loops for you to suffer before they will allow you to just get fixed by surgery and get your life back and job back so you can be a father and pay your bills. I mean I haven't left my house other than to go to Doctors. If you have a Doctor who specializes in your injurry field of study. Why not let him repair you or try to repair you when he says you have to have surgery SEDGWICK makes the surgeon to pre-treatments first while your just suffering and in the worst pain in the world. I understand that they want to try other treatment before surgery but 10 months is freaking time to fix me I can't live like this it's killing me!!!! Well my question is why are they now making me go see a Doctor of their choice with me not having any say so and as I stated before I have a GREAT Doctor who's treating me now. Is this a paid off Doctor to lie for SEDGWICK and his word is law to SEDGWICK??!????? Should I retain counsel prior to seeing the Doctor I'm suspicious has been paid off to do what SEDGWICK tells them to do??? I mean why in the world do I have to go see a Doctor who I never heard of and trust the Doctor/Surgeon I'm seeing now??? I went ahead and made an appointment with an attorney because I feel like it's a set up when I'm legitimately hurt and in excruciating pain from my workplace injurry. I been with the company for over 20 years and been paying for short and long term disability insurance the entire time. From what I'm reading I guess SEDGWICK is the insurance company on that as well?!? Someone respond quick please because the attorney is coming to my home to meet me due to that pain I'm in on, Tuesday. Something is telling me I need an attorney but I can barely make it on the money I'm receiving now paying the extremely helpful attorney will just throw me further back. The stress alone from just dealing with SEDGWICK makes all the pain worst because it causes inflation when I get stressed out and SEDGWICK will stress you out!! I mean who treats legitimately hurt people with no compassion what so ever. They are so RUDE and my adjuster not stating any names is just the most rudest person I have ever dealt with never not once asked how am I feeling or sorry your in so much pain I can't even get the adjusted to answer the phone. I caught on the what the SEDGWICK ADJUSTER is doing waiting until the end of xxx shift and leaving the office when I get a voice mail or email that way doesn't never have to talk to me. I just think is so so wrong to treat people who were injured and are FREAKINYHURTING SO BAD LIKE A PIECE OF TRASH WAITING TO TROW AWAY!!!!! Sorry for carrying on and on but I mean what is wrong with these people.? I just need the answer to my question is the Doctor they are making me go see already laid off to say what they want preferably to the Doctor above who has worked as a Doctor with these cases in the past? I will have the best lawyer their is TRUST ME but I shouldn't of had to get counsel when I can't ever walk, sleep, stoop nothing. It's all just kills me with the pain. SEDGWICK of you read this note that I'm seriously injured and your company will regret what y'all are planning because that Docotor will never operate on me and your wasting a lot of money probably my 23 years paying y'all money for this Doctor Your making me go see. The Doctor who's treating me now will be the only one to operate on me and I will discuss on Tuesday with my attorney who's nice enough to come to my home because I'm stuck in bed or couch because the pain is so severe and intense. He already reviewed all my paper work/ medical documentation and stated I will not have to go to the Docotr y'all have. So get ready to loose that money of its a paid off Doctor either way your loosing around 2 grand from what I read. I would recommend that the company SEDGWICK treat their paid insurers like human beings that are going through the worst part of their life and not like a freaking criminal!!! The board members need to look in the mirror at what the SEDGWICK company is doing or start firing and hiring with additional training to treat all of us like humans that are in a crisis rather than treat is like criminals to the point where we have to retain counsel. Do this and your company will be much more profitable and not have a class act law suit in the near future from some of the complaints I read at the top.

Please respond to my question its just one question its in all this I just had to release some of my experience because it's just wrong and unconstitutional the way they are treating us. How can work when I can't sleep, can't sit for long can't stand for long can't carry anything heavier than a meal on a plate can't stoop down can't get relaif anyway I tried everything but I'm suppose to or y'all want to pay a Doctor off to say I can when the best surgeon in the state of MISSISSIPPI is treating me?!??? Come one I'm a Christian a really good person but y'all can't treat people like this who are in the Pain that we are in I'm in.!!! I never talk bad about anyone and still haven't stated no ones name busides the company's name. Please treat us like we deserve to be treated and not like animals.
