I worked for a company and Sedgwick was negligent and didn’t pay in my claims either. Thus far there have been a few million dollar settlements. They are crooks , unethical and get away with it.

I honestly think they like getting off in this because they can.

May 8 my PCP,Therapist sent in information stating I’m not stable to work any job due to being suicidal Sedgwick denied my claim saying they need more supportive information that is objective testing etc my doctors send in more records explaining my disability they call saying not enough. My therapist scheduled with a psychologist for mental evaluation testing Sedgwick has over 100 pages of documents enough to prove my claim as if date June 26 2029 they denied my claim again saying not supportive. Sedgwick have people viewings information that has not examined you met you or seen and they are making decisions against your doctors information. Sedgwick gives you run around you can’t reach anyone for weeks they don't return phone calls to point I had to retain a attorney. I have lost wages I’m s out to lose my home everything due to there incompetence negligence manipulating practices playing games back and forth with your doctors Information they are horrible people horrible they have no compassion for the mentally ill I can’t afford my medication cause I have no pay this will put me more depressed state and suicidal do they not see what happens on news when they treat people with mental illness with such disregard.
