My mother was given 100% total disability from the Oregon Supreme court (see above link) in 1980.

My mother after 2 years of fighting with them to get shoulder surgery that is injury related and they know that, finally got her surgery on Tuesday the 14th of October 2019. She was ready to be released for in home care, OT, and PT on Friday the 18th of October 2019. Today is Tuesday the 22nd of October 2019 and she is still sitting in the hospital - a 77 year old woman, unable to go home because they failed to have the care set up for her upon her release and are now not getting it taken care of, so there she sits. The hospital case worker is reaching out to them several times a day and stated that they all have excuses and no one is taking ownership.

The hospital has noted that it is an "intentional Insurance delay" on her records, I filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner today. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company as they are doing their best to literally kill my 77 year old mother.

Someone needs to do something about these people.
