This is by far the worst experience i have ever had. I was injured on the job January 22, 2014 and continue to suffer with on going pain. Sedgwick continues to deny treatments recommended by the doctor. It has been an ongoing battle, in and out of comp court which is a complete waste of time. Now the claims adjuster is denying parts of my mileage claims in which by law they are required to pay. Claims adjuster refuses to return my calls for an explanation on why it was denied. Even though i have had the same attorney from date of injury, there has to be another way to tackle this giant.
