I worked for Laboratory Corp of America and was out for several surgeries. After getting MRSA from the last surgery it was found that I needed another back surgery to releave my pain. I tried to get an extension from Sedgwick, but because there was not surgery date (I was waiting for Sedgwick to approve my claim and put me on long term disability) I was denied. I sent all the doctors notes and mylagraham report stating I needed another surgery I was still denied. As a result of all this I lost my job and all income because my work is in cahoots w/ this terrible insurance company. Deborah Allgood , Snow Camp, NC
