I never seen in my life dishonest, unprofessional and lead by lies, intimidation, and manipulation like Sedgwick Work Compensation Company’s. Some of The Claims Examiner and Claims Adjuster are unprofessional, dishonest, ruthless, intimidator, manipulative and lead by lies without facts and without gathering evidence. After my claims for work related injury approved and following my treatment & therapy for 3 months. Because of my right hand elbow keep worsening my Doctor sent me to MRI then, MRI the results show “Common extensor tendinopathy with Prominent Intrasubstance tear of Common extensor tendon origin measuring up to 2.0 CM.”
Meanwhile, the orthopedic specialist Doctor contacted the Sedgwick Claims Adjuster for Surgery approval. The Claims Adjuster called me told me my Surgery approved & the Doctor schedule the surgery date notified me with details information.
Then the new Claims Adjuster called me tried to intimidate, manipulate, and sabotage my claim. The claims adjuster, dishonest, unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Only care for Sedgwick Work Compensation profit without fact and evidence tries to shift the blame to my previous employer to deny my Surgery after approved and more than 3 months treatment follow up treatment. Because of the surgery and recovery plan costs them money Sedgwick Work Compensation tries to deny my treatment puts my cases on hold.
The Sedgwick Work Compensation Company care only for profit. Some of Claims Adjuster and Claims Examiner are they aren’t have compassion, integrity and respect for human being.
