I have worked for 3M for 26 years and have been a loyal and dependable employee. I have worked hard and reached with highest level within my pay grade. 3M is an ethical and great company to work and it's reputation is untarnished.

Recently, I applied for short term disability and have been denied twice and currently there is a possibility that they may reopen my case due to false statements made in my denial letter. My physician has contacted them and indicated that the statements within those letters are false.

I my physicians have indicated that I am unable to work and unable to perform my job responsibilities due to my conditions.

From reviewing other complaints, it would appear that Sedgwick does not have the patient's best interest and will do anything to deny claims.

I have contacted my company and requested that a review of their contract be done as soon as possible so that others do not have to endure there malicious tactics.
