who are you and all the complaints

I have read through my Computer many many complaints that you have taken money out of peoples accounts without their knowledge and I know at one time payments could be made to Virtual Girl through PaPal but why can I not do this anymore plus the fact there is an offer on saying 12 credits will be added for free if one orders EU30.00 so why have you not added eu30.00 to your received orders ???

This site charged me $36.23 I want my money back if I don't get it I will go to the police
