I just don't understand it. SPS doesn't want to help with loan modifications. They want people to go into a debt hole so they can take over your home. How does a mortgage company get away with such BS! When customers want to lower their payments, or lower their APR, SPS simply doesn't want to do it. They want to set customers up to fail.
They want to foreclose on the customers...that is how they actually make money. Not sure how they keep getting away with it, somebody needs to clamp down on them!
