I refinanced my mortgage so my account with SPS is paid in full. I am awaiting an escrow check. The problem comes into play when they issued the check in my name & my ex husband name. He is no where to be found. I have made several attempts to get this check issued in my name only. I provided all the documentations they have requested (Deed of property & divorce papers) in which the deed was deeded over to me as a part of the divorce. Acct has been paid off since June 2017. No one will talk with me @ the company only to say that the legal department handles this & they do not take phone calls. Not sure how to handle this now. Considering getting an attorney & sue.
