I started into a remodification with loancare. I was to make 3 consecutive payments at the amount they stated 1705.00 per month, then I'd get a mtg. After my 2nd payment it was sold to selene. I made 3 rd pmt to them then 4,5,6,7,8,9, and non of this is showing towards the mtg. They told me last month that I have to complete a packet, which is the same packet as loancare and if approved pay 3 consecutive pmts on time to get a mortgage. What!!! I did this already. So no more payments, i quit! Ill save that money an when they throw me out I'lll get an apt.
