Selene Finance purchased our mortgage from Wells Fargo, Freddie Mac. Now trying to collect on old invalid informatiin....I have been in foreclosure litigation with Wells Fargo since 2009. They refused to show up in court,no show on RJI conferances, nothing. This denieing me my right to Due Process of the law and my day in court. I was never late on a payment. I acted in good faith in spite of the frauds committed by Wells Fargo in the origination of the loan and then to insult me more, they issued a ROBO signed foreclosure. The case expired, now a default by Wells Fargo. Next, I get notice they sold my mortgage to Selene Finance who in fact purchased a bunch of risky non performing loans from Freddie Mac and wells Fargo! The funny part is, Wells Fargo presented a fabricated note to the court. I have the origional... This is what they sold to Selene. I look on the back of the payment notice of Selene finance and find this. Complaints mail to these different addresses and so on along with fake payment statements that was pulled out of guess hat! To my surprise, there a address and information with Selene Finance and Rush Enterprises! Rush is who Wells Fargo hired through the Treasury Board/OCC settlement for the frauds in modification, ROBO foreclosures, loan origination frauds. I was paid 2000.00 and retain the right to file suit for more. So now we have all these collectors coming through back doors to collect on the loans that are all a part of the reason the market crashed for the wrong doing of the banks! The lawsuits still going strong, investigations still open and here comes the the guys hiding in the back to pounce on the victims of these frauds committed against them. Yes, I plan on making this loud and clear. Get them in court,media and file the complaints and force our gov paid agencies to do a honest job...
