After receiving a 3 month mod

After my loans sold to selene,im going through hell! Has any of you gotten a positive loan modification that turned permanent as promised after the 3 month trial period?? I havent signed this agreement& not sure if its a waste of time.After all the reviews from BBB & thousands of complaint forums on selene finace..I dont know what to do.
Plz advise!?!
