Selene Finance is constantly refusing to help me. For the past year I have submitte4d a request for a home loan modification, only to be turned down, they state I did not submit appropriate forms, that I didn't meet requirement's etc. I have repeatedly asked to have a sit down meeting with my documents, or at least a phone conservation with some, all I get is they do not do that , as they are a call center. They continue to harassment and I now I find our out that my home is in foreclosure. I need to find an attorney who will take the case pro bono and file a law suit. Any suggestions? I need help, as they refuse to help me. I have requested a forbearance, a loan modification, a reduced interest, all sorts of thing. I lost my job and am now gainfully employed. Someone please give me some advice.
