Selene is the worst company to deal with..My loan was sold to them almost 2 yrs. ago..They dual track their customers which I always thought was illegal. Package after package have been sent for a modification..the most recent denied because they did not get it 35 days prior to the sale date. which is garbage because I have the receipt when it was sent. They put very little in writing, yet they record your conversations which you have no access too. I am not walking away from my home..that they can be assured. If they want it they will have to fight to get it.
