I wrote a complaint letter but misspelled my email address

I did not authorize anyone to enroll me in this program. I am the sole name on this card.I have no idea how they got my name an card information but someway they did. I am not a shopper or do I travel a lot or dine out and very rarely buy anything online. But obviously I did buy something over the phone and they enrolled me in this program after they tried to get me to and I refused refused refused.I do not check my credit card statement very well and thanks to my girl friend this scam has been exposed to me I've been paying $24.95 for the past 21 month and I expect a full refund from this SCAM.

I was checking my account balance and n I tired two charges of $24.95 that I did not authorize from Sem Value Plus. One charge was from the month of September and the other for October. I am on disability and my funds are limited I would like to kn out w what to do about these charges. My email address is [email protected]. My name is Annette Valentine.

My father has had unauthorized charges on his Discover Card from 08/09/2012 through 07/30/2014 under the

Category of "MERCHANDISE" His Discover Card has been charged per month $29.95 for 25 months. The total charged is $748.75.

These transactions were not completed by my father. He does not receive "MERCHANDISE" from this entity.

This "membership" was cancelled on 08/22/2014 and reimbursement for the fraudulent charges were demanded. Customer Service agreed to cancel the "membership" but in order to receive reimbursement a form would be mailed and it would need to be filled out and sent back.

The form came today 09/02/2014 stating that the membership had been cancelled but the refund has been denied. This was based on SEM* VALUE PLUS 800-475-1942 MN SEM* VALUE PLUS enrollment records.

In order to have a further review of my enrollment verification/refund request I would have to have the enrollment verification/refund request form mailed to me.

I am going to request the form but I also want to register a complaint for these charges for the past 25 months that I did not authorize. I have no idea what services or "merchandise" they claim to have sold me.

Unauthorized charges placed monthly on my credit card, $19.58, $19.59, $19.75. Have never ordered a product from this company and have no idea what they even sell, nor where/how they got my CC information. According to my bank which is reversing the charges they are in Minnetonka, Minnesota and claim the charges are for some "subscription". <---- ?? (Must be membership subscription charges for VP's expenses in ripping people off.) Their are multiple complaints about this company across the Web, a Bing search will bring up more than can be read in one day.

I am with you on this complaint. I have never heard of this company, and have no idea of how they got my CC information. I have no idea of what they are about, but I didn&#039;t authorize any deductions from my bank account for these people or anyone else. I will surely be trying to get my money back also.
