Today is 30th Nov. 2019(Saturday).
While waiting to board the ETS at Sentral KL to Ipoh at 12:15 p.m., an elderly man missed his ETS to Gemas at 12:00p.m. He did not hear the attendants calling (more like shouting)loudly because he was sitting a distance from them.
Therefore, I would like to suggest that the attendants on duty to be provided with a hailer or speakers.
Pity the elderly man who missed his train. He looked so sad and lost.
