The view from Hidden Lake and their staff on the outside seems for a better word, Perfect. But the ugly truth comes after living here. This morning as I was walking to my vehicle i discovered that the rims and tires had been stolen from my vehicle. This is a gate community with Security whom by the way was nice enough to leave a note informing me that this has happened, there were plastic crates under the car but broken, it was as I was standing there in shock that another resident walked by and started talking to me, I then acknowledged that this kind of thing had happened before as well as other in home robberies, and that the office staff had yet to do anything about this. This is a gated community, in the Pocket area, WITH SECURITY, where were they? And how do you not notice someone walking in with crates and taking the time to do this???! WHen I walked into the office to advise them of what had occured they didnt seem to have a care in the world. I was livid, and am now looking for a better neighbor to live it.

I completely agree with this, I've been here for two months and may just voluntarily give up my deposit to get out of here. The setting looks beautiful but my neighbors are smoking marijuana, I have a small child and have complained before and nothing has been done. I also had a situation with my vehicle which was broke into last week, when I brought it up to the front office I got a half ass apology and was told that they can't prevent crimes. I'm so ready to get me and my child out of here.
