Outlet at curve 2nd floor. Date: 02.04.2015, approximately 2130Hrs. Bought an item at the store. At the front of me is a chinese lady who was trying to pay and she did not have enough cash or change. The cashier attending to her looked annoyed but tried to please customer by serving the next customer. The kind cashier colleague spoke in Malay saying thet he looked tense and unhappy about something. He then uttered something which nobody should utter> He was saying the most dirty word in chinese language because it was suppose to be directed at a chinese customer although he is a Malay worker. The word mean "vagina" in chinese and is equivelent to "F- you" in English.
Please train your eorkers who represent your company. I have no idea who he was targeting at, but no one was rude to him. There was not many customers at all. Workers should treat customers with respect and curtesy. If they can't, just don't say or do anyhting, just serve. He was bold because he assume that customers do not have ears. The most unbelievable thing was, the lady was nice as she was apologetic. If I am his superior, I will make sure he is sacked instantly.
Pls take necessary action as he needs to be taught a lesson.
If I see him again and he still can't shut his gab, I will complain to the consumer services.
