J&T Delivery service in Petaling Jaya is quite bad. Very first time i received an message on pick-up dates. The next day i have received the parcel. I was so happy & proud of J&T. Second time is worst, i received the parcel bt delaying 3 days. They just throw the parcel at my door. The bottle were broken luckily i'm still able to use. This is third time, they said the parcel at my door, i quickly call them they did not reply but he send me an message to collect the parcel by myself at USJ. Why the customers are using courier company instead of normal pos ? Why you are advertising your company services at Billboard on Federal Highway ? What quality you have ?
