Unsafe

Had my shark 1600 watt professional iron less than 6 months. I had been ironing for approximately 30mins.,sat the iron upright to reach for another shirt heard this hissing coming from the iron. It had shorted out, caught on fire on the inside started smoking. Iron was unplugged.
