Hello

I have emailed 2 times and I have phone and the company has not responded.

On March 3, 2021at 4:56 pm I phoned in regarding my shark vacuum that had stopped working. I was being helped to trouble shoot it and was requested to accept a video call and show the representative the steps that were requested of me.

I was asked to take the vacuum apart and plug it in to check suction. Once this was done we determined the vacuum had to be replaced.

All of this took place while I am dealing with my 2 year in the same room and holding my phone so the representative can see what I am doing.

I was asked to cut the cord so the representative could see me do it and told me to cut it anywhere so I did.

This is where it goes wrong and my life flashed before me as I cut that cord and was zapped and there was a big shock and smoke. I immediately dropped the cord and was in shock and all I could say was I almost died. The representative gasped in terror but then did not even acknowledge the severity of the situation.

Now this being said if it is a requirement of shark to plug in the vacuum to test it and cut the cord the representative should be required to say unplug the cord. My life could of ended or been seriously affect. Let alone my 2 year old or mother in law that was trying to help.

THIS MISSING STEP ON SHARKS PART COULD COST SOMEONE THEIR LIFE OR START A FIRE AND THE COMPANY DOESNT CARE.

I am needing to speak to the manager or sharks legal department in regards to this complaint. This is my 2nd email and I have phone and the company has not responded/

You could hear the representative gasp in terror after it happened and did not even acknowledge the severity of the situation. I immediately dropped the cord and was in shock and all I could say was I almost died, I was in shock for days after this This was all on video with your representative.
Now this being said if it is a requirement of shark to plug in the vacuum to test it and cut the cord the representative should be required to say unplug the cord THIS IS A CRUCIAL STEP THAT COULD END SOMEONES LIFE OR START A FIRE. My life could of ended or been seriously affect, let alone my 2 year old or mother in law that was trying to help.

The company has yet to respond to address this issue and now a legal claim is in order.

Shark liftaway

The shark liftaway was advertised with a 24 hour delivery providing I ordered it before 3pm on a working day, which I did ! Nothing arrived next day and no email with tracking number, I phoned help desk and was directed to Customer Service based in Canada, (I am in England). I was told that it had not been dispatched yet but that I would receive it the following day. The next day still no cleaner or email so I phoned again to be told that it had still not been dispatched but no explaination given. I asked for my money back of £249.95 and was told that someone would call me within 72 hours or by next week at the latest with a time frame and that thay did not have the authority to give me a refund and that they could not contact head office as they do not have phones that ring out !!!!!!!!!
I am now without a cleaner and without £249.95 of my money and no-one can tell me when I can receive my cleaner and nor can I speak to anyone about it until sometime next week and even then they can not guarantee when I can expect my Machine.
This has to be the worst customer service that I have ever had !!!!

Shark

Phone call after phone call..email after email ..no communication only by me phoning you .promise after promise. I've sent Hoover back as requested .and yet again .I had to phone you .my Hoover was end last week and now your saying .there nouthing on your system ..this has been an on going complaint .each time I phone tells me different now it said il have to wait 48 to 72 hr for some one to phone me .over 4 weeks now ..im really getting fed up .with this matter ..i will only leave this till end off week and I'm contacting consumers right .if I have go this far because of being let down .by your company. Over and over. I will Mrs felicity Wright. Please see emails and calls .

Shark vacuum

Cannot get hoses for my shark vacuum, They say it has been discontinued, I have a great vacuum with a busted hose that I cannot use, they offered me no discounts to replace the vacuum, they said there was nothing they could do to help me, I have recommended the sharkvacuum to all my friends and family, unfortunately I will no longer be able to recommend the shark vacuum

Cannot get a hose for my vacuum, They say my vacuum has been discontinued, they will not offer any discounts to help replace the vacuum

my new shark hand vaccum replacement stoped working in two months.

I purchased my first hand shark vacuum from sears store about six months ago. It stopped working after one or thee times using.

I called the company for replacement. It stopped working again in three months as same as the same one. I called the company

for replacement. they refused to replace it for three months warranty reason.

I suggest that please do not buy any of sharks products because their material are cheap quality . the company is selling defective

electronics for limited warranty in order not to refund your money.

Rotator xl

Shark rotator xl keeps falling over every time I use the hose. It's top heavy! Falls with every use either on me and I get bruises that really hurt or it hits the floor and I can't afford to buy a new one for when it breaks because of it not being able to stand on its own while hose is in use. Great sweeper just bad design!

shark rotator

i bought a shark rotator off a t.v. infomercial a couple years ago... what a piece of junk !!!! i've had it in and out of a local shop about 7 or 8 times.. they say it's fixed, i get it home and it works for about 5 minutes... now the wheels just fell off and it doesn't suck worth a damn.. well the vacuum sucks but not like it's supposed to.. i call customer service and they refuse to take it back to fix it and want me to put it back together and let them talk me thru their trouble shooting.. 5 year warranty my ass... my husband died and i'm totally overwhelmed as it is.. like i really know how to fix this piece of crap myself... i will NEVER do business with those scam artists at shark again... i should have bought the dyson in the first place !!!!! would have saved myself money and a massive breakdown !!!!! THANKS ALOT SHARK !!!!!!!!
