I have purchased Sharp refrigerator PD57RHS @52500. It was not working well since the date of purchase. Sharp commit me service 1 hour call back service, 1 day engineer visit & 1 week to replace whole product if problem not get solved. I logged a call with them but nobody taking care of me till 4 months. Then I send a mail to them with my call history of complaint no.s. Still I did not get any response from them. Then after 19 days I started sending reminders to them. At last I got a call from Rajeev Mittal (01146665807, 09910219900,
[email protected]) & he told me that he will help me regarding this case. But after few days he stop attending my calls. Then I call him on his land line no. & I spoke to Mr. Hari Prassad Tyagi & he told me that he will call me tomorrow but again I did not get any call from them. Then again I call to him & he refuse me to refund me money.
I have send mail & SMS to them that "I will go to the consumer court" but still they did not respond to me.
I am attaching snap shots of vegetables & other food items which gets unusable after few days.
Please help me & take necessary action against sharp as they are not completing their commitment to the customer & making fool of the customer to sell their product.
