First of all my husband and I have tried time after time to work with these people, I was laid off and we got behind on our bill. We always stayed in touch and tried to make arraingements with these rude ass people that work for wells fargo. We have been yelled at, screamed at, cursed at, and called ignorant. That is Wells Fargo's idea of great customer service!!!! Its rediculous,
They seem to forget that with out customers they wouldnt get paid. We as customers are made to feel like we are inferrier to them, and we are not!! Tried to make a payment on our account, we were late, they told me and I quote exactly "keep your measly 1000.00 dollars" we are just going to go get the vehicle. Jason was his name, he refused to take my payment. That is when we decided to do what ever we had to, to pay these rude people in full. So, 4 days later, we got the money to PAY OUT our loan IN FULL, they came get our vehicle, repoed it, saying that we refused to pay them!!! Now we cant get a sole on the phone to discuss this, or to send the pay off too, so we can get our vehicle. I have been, cursed so many times today, I dont know how these people stay in business if they treat all of their customers this way. It is a shame...... and dont know what to do!!!!
