Compensation

Hotel lost my car rental and I had personally to finalize issue with police and wasted one full day in order to compensate for this full and day and roaming calls and car rental fee and the fact I have to book flights and visa again to come back to Dubai I requested hotel to pay for these direct damages they managed to create for me but hotel refused
