Dear Immigration Enforcement Officer,

A Chinese Employer of Car Workshop name Shi Hua Workshop (002203449-M), which is located at the address at No. 24, Jalan Bukit Rawang Putra 4, Taman Bukit Rawang Putra, 48000 Rawang, Selangor had been hiring an illegal foreign workers whom all are without Permits or Visas since they start they business few years ago, the reason they hiring the NO PERMIT foreign worker is because of the employer can pay the cheaper salary to the no permit worker compared with the legal worker or the local worker, these workers day time they working at the downstair car workshop and night time they are staying at the upstair of the car workshop. The employer feel that the Immigration Enforcement Officers will not easily to find them out because their business location is not located at the front of the main road and since the business start until today the Immigration Enforcement Officers never come to take any action on them so they keep on to hiring an Illegal worker.I'm staying and working around that area, I'm feel UNSAFETY and UNFAIR, UNSAFETY is because of the no permit worker will cause the bad law & order problem, UNFAIR is because my company hiring a legal permit foreign worker and we paying off all the application/permit fee for the foreign worker but the abovementioned employer they do no need to beared any/all this type of permit fee because they are hiring an Illegal foreign worker and nobody take any action on them. Therefore, I hope that the Immigration Enforcement Officers will take stern action and penalties to the Employer above.

Illegal worker employed by the above workshop, the illegal worker stay at the upstairs of the workshop after finished they work.The above workshop is often employ illegal/no permit worker as theirs pay is lower than other.Hope the immigration department can take action on it because I have been lodged in few times complaint but nobody take action on it.
