I've only used it a few times But the handle barely pumps AND. it leaks. Soaked my closet before realizing it did.

I have trouble releasing the plastic bottle in order to fill up the liquid. Is there an easier way? thank you

I really like my Shiwala Mop but I have a very hard time getting the bottle holding the liquid out of the slot to fill up. I have to pull and pull and it is very hard to release. Is there an easier way to release the bottle and fill it up? Please contact me. thanks

I purchased the following and BOTH mops are defective ~ the handle and bottle are backwards when you attach to the mop head which will not lay flat!!!!!
