I am a holder of the ISIC card and went to Shoe-mart to avail my discount for shoe-mart products. Sadly once i arrived at the cashier I was denied the opportunity to avail my rightly earned discount for shoemart due to being a system error. The cashier and head in charge were kind enough to keep trying even with different ways. But after all the hard work and 30-40 minute wait i was denied my discount and let go off without any compensation. I am a loyal customer to Shoemart but this was disappointing and horrible experience for me. Sad to see such a disappointing service from shoemart.
Kindly revert back to me with a solution as soon as possible.

Good Morning!!!

I am not satisfied with the services provided. I had purchased a blue Duchini shoulder bag from MCC 3 months back. The shoulder belt holder from one side tore off from the stitching.

I visited the DFC branch and purchased a Lee Cooper and inquired whether any repair could be done on the Duchini as it was still brand new. I wasnt asking for a refund but the bag should have lasted long.

Shoemart has kept my bag for a week or more and without any effort to get a solution. i picked up the bag yesterday and was totally unsatisfied with the services. Your service bill reference would be either 19774 or 12774.

I just feel to stop making any purchases from Shoe Mart for the quality issues.

Global visas-IXP visas are same,this company took 7000 dhs from my side,they promise that they will do everything to find a job for me,but seen 2011 till now nothing happen,I tried to call them but its not ringing anymore..please help me to get back my money.
