Barang saya yang telah dikirim oleh shopee no standard express bernombor MY186365409586X telah dihantar ke ECPC Subang Jaya ( IZUAN). Tetapi sehingga tarikh hari ini 6.5.2019 barang tersebut masih belum saya terima sedangkan semua detail ada pada barang tersebut.

My ordered parcels through shopee were delivered on 14/02/19 and 11/02/19 but was sent to HISYAM in ECPC subang jaya. Please investigate and send to the right address.

Sometimes I get really shocked by the dishonesty of the sellers on shopee. I've met good ones and this one is a bad one. In my order, it says it won't get shipped by 9 Sept, I asked for cancellation on 27 August with no reply and no help hence I go to you guys. Then suddenly 2 days later quietly, he ship it out. I'll definitely be leaving him a bad review for ignoring me and basically forcing a sale just to get the money. And Shopee you have a lot of seller protection but not much buyer protection. You can see in your records when I ask for cancellation. I'm also a seller (not on Shopee) and I've never forced a sale on someone who does not want it. Very disappointed with this experience. And this isn't the first time it happened to me on Shopee where sellers force a sale.

This is very urgent. I need the parcel to receive by today. I hope poslaju Muadzam Shah can delivers my parcel by today.

My product have been send out by the seller on 12th april and until today (17th april) i still haven’t get it. It just from puchong to port klang ! I wonder why the parcel delivery is keep in process and it takes me 5 days.
