Shopee Express is useless. Do they even care about being diligent in sending parcels quickly. Seller from Penang dispatched product the very next day after customer purchase. Slow Shopee Express till now more than 1 week still no delivery made. Next time customer must inquire seller to send using other logistic companies and don't send using Shopee express. I think the workers there are not bothered about sending products on time. Useless logistic company. I thought since customer buying through shopee the logistic company should be reliable. Alas, worse than snail mail.

Ive been waiting so long for my parcel to arrived . I noticed that my parcel had been picked up and delivered on 8/4/23 but until today I still dont received it . Its my mum’s baju kurung for Hari Raya next week . What happened leh? Why did you keep my parcel so long . I urgently need it please take action before I make a report . Thanks .

I can't believe that I haven't received my parcel yet . All my parcel still stuck at Shah Alam DC although it had been picked up on 18/5 . Now it's already 30/5 but still not moving or updated . I'm so disappointed ,mad and sad since I need the things ASAP ! Please cooperate , thank you! 😠
