I ordered 2 items at Shopee on 10.10.2019 and it was shipped out on 12.10.2019 . It arrived at delivery facility at Bintulu mail processing centre. Until then, there is item processed but didn't delivered the items. Then the next update items was send to ECPC Subang Jaya. I think the Bintulu poslaju is not doing a good job in checking the items properly.
Pls do take necessary action to send back to Bintulu poslaju centre and delivered the items .Thank you.
