my parcel is not moving since 28 july. it should be received by me by 1 august .but rn it stuck there and please check my parcel

As mention the complaint above, Can Pos Laju (@Cawangan Serahan Kuching B) give me an explanation for late delievery? Its understandable Pos Laju is delievering 700k of parcels throughout states of Malaysia, But why delievery is not made accorddingly ( Not to mention they are few individuals also facing the same thing. Perhaps a suggestion would suffice for future delievery, please update the app frequently to at least notify us. Its a game change if Pos Laju could practise that.
