Either these folks are scammers or they've gotten hacked. I just got a notification that I'd bought 2 pairs of jeans - never heard of these folks.

The complainant didn't do their homework.

The URL in the link in the email is a totally different one than the legit store's URL. The same exact email was sent to many, many people, including me, but it's full of clues that it's a third-party hacker at work. Check out my list of these red flags in my blog post at http://kian.gl/scam

This could happen to anyone who has an online presence. The store was victimized as much as any of us who received the email.
