Dear sir,
I had purchased a mobile from your Shopomaxx by on line by cash payment.and Order no was BOO11217942101
and order summary was
Nokia 2220 Slide Mobile Phone × 1 no.
After opend the pack ,the mobile was deactive/dead and the set was also old and cash memo & guarntee
card not given.
I had ordered you Nokia 2220 Slide Mobile Phone but they had delevered Nokia Mobile,C5-03 model in
lieu of Nokia 2220 Slide Mobile Phone
Repeatedly I had complaint to your dept. to changing it but your dept. have not replaced/changed it till date rather
then your dept. had wanted my debit card detailled front page and back page details of SBI debit card.
I am not agree to give you, Debit card front and back page details.
See the above circumtances , I would earnest request you to kindly take necessary steps against
my complain, so that I refund money or new above mobile hand set earlier.
