LATE PARCEL

I bought an item at shoppee at it mentions that its supposed to reach me by 21-05-2018. But until now the status is still "consignment dispatch out from Transit Office" since 17-05-2018. How long does it take to transit an item in the same state!! Pos laju has never failed me why start now?

ep495890739my - ITEM NOT RECEIVED YET!

The status is the same since 17-05-2018, why is it taking so long just to post in the same state!! ITEM IS NEEDED URGENT! I have never received an order this late before!

If there is any issue please tell the customers not let them wait without any news.
