I have today discovered that a company called Shopper Discount and Rewards has been taking £10 from my bank account every month since August 2012. I have no record or recollection of ever agreeing to this arrangement. I know I've been wrong in not investigating this before now. However, I have spoken to them today, and they confirmed that I had NEVER used their services at all. My bank is unable to help but did advise that I email this company and state that I demand immediate cancellation, and to ask them to reply with confirmation. My next step is to ring my local Trading Standards department to seek more advice. If anyone has been successful in reclaiming money back from this company, I'd be grateful to hear from you.
