This Swiss-based company has taken £15.00 from my credit card account on 28 May, following my subscribing to their service on 28 May 2015.
There was no indication on their promotional material about the small print details of this recurring monthly charge which I only unearthed today having received my credit card statement - to my mind this amounts to deception if not fraud!
I have now cancelled my subscription to this dodgy outfit but ideally would like my £15 to be refunded without undue delay.
