I had to get 2 prescription filled at the shoppers drug mart on Burrows & Keewatin in winnipeg manitoba. They only had 1 prescription and could not order the other one. The pharmacist there indicated to me they had to get in touch with my doctor and have a word about the one they can not order and that she would do it right away. while i was there i said can i pre pay for the other one and have it delivered and the pharmacist indicated to me because of there new system they can not accept people to pre pay for the prescriptions and that the only way to deliver is with cash on delivery. i dont know whats going on but some peoples meds are hundreds of dollars, it seems very inconvenient for people to have to go thru this. Second the pharmacist has never contacted my doctor about the other drug???? I want shoppers head ups to know what is going on in this store because they are doing the same thing to my mother and friends. I am very disappointed in the way i and my family and friends are being treated and am thinking of going over to safeways pharmacy across the road. I am making you aware of this because i think you should know what is happening there because they represent shoppers drug mart name.

I purchased Zilactin cold sore gel a week ago (Jan 3rd 2017) because I needed more. I go to use it today (Jan 11th 2017) and realize that the expiry date is 03/16. I go to the shoppers where I originally purchased it and the cashier tells me I'm unable to get a refund or exchange because the lot number doesn't match what they have in the store. I have never had this problem at any other shoppers. Super dissapointed and will never shop at that location again. The location is 1585 Mississauga Valley Blvd, Mississauga ON L5A 3W9.
