10 pound a month being taken out of my account without my say so

i have been having money taken out of my account with out my say so and that is classed as fraud so i would like all my money putting back into my account as soon as possible it has been going on since 10/02/2014 and still going on now and that is £10 from that date stated 10/032014 and 22/04/2014 and 9/06/2014 and 18/07/2014 so i want all my money back
