taking money from my account without my knowledge

Dear Complaint Board,

I have discovered that shopperdisc.co.uk have been taking £ 10.00 from my bank account since October 2011 to present. I have no knowledge of registering to a monthly subscription with them. Should I phone shopperdisc.co.uk?
