This is a follow up to my previous complaint, I received an email confirming cancelled membership. It also informed me that I had other accounts with them. So I called back and spoke to a very helpful person, he explained how I had become a member on both accounts.
1) an online purchase of clothing where I had clinked for a £15 discount
2) an online order for pizza with a £15 discount
Both very easy to do I would assume as I obviously did do... To my astonishment the chap asked if there was anything else he could do so I said yes, can I have my money back ( I've stupidly been paying for 11 months) he said yes!
So a couple of lessons learned this morning...
1)be aware of pop ups when making purchases on line
2) check bank statements more carefully
3) don't be afraid to ask for what you want (money back in my case).

Having just received bank statements I find £15 per month being paid to shoppers discount Switzerland! Who? I have called the number I got from this complaints board and hopefully stopped it. However I could get to speak to anyone to ask for my money back.
This company presumably has gotten my details from something I have done but I have no idea who they are or what it was that I did. Easy money for them (which I'd like back please) but come on let's make the small print a bit bigger?

I have not agreed to any money coming out of my account for this company. Please stop taking my money! I would like a full refund.
